Whilst the primary partner pipeline cannot be edited, you can edit any additional pipelines by selecting them on the Partners Pipeline tab, and selecting "Edit Pipeline"

From here, you can add further deal stages, or rearrange the order. 

To delete the pipeline, select "remove pipeline" from the list.
